Welcome to our Privacy Policy! Visualistic Studios respects your privacy. We do our best to keep information collected to a minimum, as we’re not interested in fingerprinting you or selling your data. Unfortunately, pretty much everyone else is; so you may run into some content on this site that doesn’t work exactly how we’d like just yet. We’ve tried to make the policy as comprehensive and quick as possible 🙂

(Possibly) Personal Information
Product Verification
If you purchase one of our products through Epic & reach out for support, we’ll ask for some basic order information in order to verify authenticity with Epic. We store this information, as well as your discord ID (if you reach out through discord) on our servers in order to keep track of how many requests are made for a specific invoice.

Support
During support, you may give us information such as log files, screenshots, and more. We use this information to assist you.  If you contact over discord, you can delete them yourself after support has concluded if desired. If you contact over email, we delete all information after 14 days
Gauging our Marketing Efforts
In order to understand how effective our efforts are, we track traffic on our website. This could be linked to your identity if you’re using a known ip.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, and also request that we delete all of your data. We’ll remove everything! Note that if you reach out afterwards for product support, we’ll need to verify your order information with Epic again.
Non-Personally-Identifying information

All our websites collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. The purpose in collecting such information is to better understand our marketing efforts & how people use the website.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
